Welcome to DishDice™. By using our website and services ("DishDice" or the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DishDice.

1. DishDice is a discovery tool only

DishDice is designed to help you discover restaurants (e.g. by "rolling the dice" or browsing lists). We do not make reservations, process payments, or guarantee availability, quality, or safety of any venue. Any ratings, descriptions, or information shown are for guidance only and may come from third-party sources (such as Google). We are not responsible for the accuracy of that information or for your experience at any restaurant.

2. No liability for restaurant quality or conduct

We are not liable for the quality of food, service, hygiene, or conduct of any restaurant or venue. Your visit and any transactions (e.g. bookings, payments) are between you and the venue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DishDice and its operators exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or special loss) arising from or in connection with your use of the service or any visit to a restaurant discovered through DishDice. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use DishDice only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property or privacy).
• Introduce malware, scrape or overload our systems, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Use the service to send spam, harass others, or distribute harmful or offensive content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or for any other reason we consider appropriate.

4. Changes to the service and terms

We may change DishDice or these terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date when we change the terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
